Bellevue Community Picnic 2017
May 20, 2017
Red Caboose Park – Bellevue TN
Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce
The first Bellevue Community Picnic began in 1978 when D.E. Ryan, at the time, owner of Century 21 Westmeade Realty, wanted to do something special to thank his Bellevue-area clients. Ryan threw a community picnic that involved a small sound system and free watermelons, drawing a crowd of a 1,000 community members.
In the early 1990’s the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce took over the organization and management of the picnic. The picnic now has grown into one of the most popular events on the west side of Nashville, drawing close to 15,000 attendees in any given year.
On Saturday, May 20, 2017 the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce will host the 40th Annual Bellevue Community Picnic presented by Nashville Christian School. The event is located at Red Caboose Park, 656 Colice Jeanne Rd (Hwy 70), Bellevue, TN 37221 and is a FREE event, open to the public. This year’s picnic features a myriad of local vendors, unique food trucks, live music, arts and crafts, inflatables, rides and the day will end with a spectacular fireworks show.
And new this year is our live band karaoke contest, Bellevue Star! Click the link below for more information.
Sponsors of the Picnic will have thousands of eyes on their brand at this year’s event. Pre and post event promotion, booth space, signage and on-site recognition make this a great investment for your business.
